Cool Fish

I have a brakish tank. I need more fish but I want a new or cool fish. Does anyone have any sugestions or web sites. Or please a clam or something. PLEASE.

One day that Cat is going to be huge and require a full marine enviornment... so if you plan to get any other fish you might want to go with something that will also require full marine in their mature life. Monodactylus argenteus would work. Oh yeah, you'll eventually need a larger tank... probably easily over 100G.

As well as this fish needing a huge tank eventually, as Dave L. said, your other mistake is keeping only one. These are schooling fish, and I'd keep at least 3.

They can reach 30 cm or so in the wild, and you should certainly plan on them exceeding 20 cm in captivity. Hard, alkaline water is essential, and certainly strongly brackish (SG 1.010) water.

Really, they're not very good aquarium fish, and I think it's tragic so many of them are sold.
