if they are not being mean to each other then the male may be trying to "woo" a female

yep part of their courtship ritual, also watch for some lip biting alot of new worlds do it as a part of their courtship as well.

yeah I wouldn't be to worried if the lip biting dont look that bad if it gets out of hand need to have a divider ready
