Why are you cycling your tank anyways why dont you just run the filter on your cureent tank for 2 weeks the hey presto jobs a good un.

What would i use in my current tank instead for the two weeks? The Filters an Interpet PF1 which is capable of tanks up to 60 litres, and the new tanks 180. Does this make a difference?

Run both filters and bacteria will form in the new one the in 2 weeks take it off and run it in the big tank also add some soll bactinettes to up the bacteria.

So do you mean to run my new filters (theres two) from my big tank in my little tank. Couldnt i put some of my filter medium in the new tank instead?
