Convicts Male or Female?

Can anybody explain how you know wich is male and female? Thank You

Also, is there a certain kind of fish food product they really like, if so please tell me, Thank You Again

Female convicts tend to have red under bellys, more green on their fins and are generally smaller.

they are not fussy eaters but something meaty always seems to go down well.
