Convicts In A Community?

I am really interested in convict cichlids and was wondering can I keep 1 convict in a 30 gallon community with angelfish black skirt tetras and some neons??

No - the convict would be fine but the others would be battered( apart from the neons - lunch)

Thanx ive heard that covicts can be kept in community tanks with these fish without any problems.

I've had convicts for years.. none of the other fish will survive.
