convicts and firemouths

can i get 2 firemouths and 2 convicts in my 30gl.?

short answer no. either one firemouth or one pair of cons but I wouldn't go with both. and the reason being is that there isnt alot of room to defuse any agression that would happen if and when you should have all males or pairs. there is just to much agression in a small space.

if you aren't intrested in breeding see no sense in more than one convict ....now firemouths are nice to have in groups. If you are intrested in breeding cons buy a spawning a pair and they have to have a tnak to themselves anyway

I wouldnt' go with more than 2 and some dithers.
