Convict

I have just got three convicts since my last post (traded in my RD for the cons for any one who helped me with my last question) and last night i had notice that they wre in a lip lock for 2/3 min. it was my male and the unknow sex one that i have, but i would like to know if this is a normal behavior or are they pairing off because i see no signs of that yet but is this behavior normal??

I would appreciate any response to my lack of con knowledge thanx

you got 3 convicts? how big is that tank?

lip locking is either a sign of bullying or pairing off and breeding. if two paired off, adios to the third one!

I've never had convicts lip lock before...... it's most likely aggression so you probably have 2 males.. which is often trouble..... my males enjoy killing each other every chance they get
