i have 2 pretty sure both males,one seems to be always hiding and the other has become very nasty and taken control of my cave area.Is this normal and any ideas what to do with the one being bullied?

first thing would be to add more rock work in there with some driftwood as well and add a few dither fish in there. turn the heat down to around 76 degrees F and feed them all they can possibly eat. if that don't work looks like you are going to have 2 choices after that either get rid of the lesser male or divide the tank in half for each.

i have 9 tiger barbs a rtb shark and a pleco in there aswell along with some mopani wood,some slate,couple of pots and loads of plants

this mean convict seems to think it owns the whole tank now.just sits in the middle chasing everything apart from the rtb shark and pleco.what other fish are good to put in with them?

in your case with an agressive con it depends on how big the tank is I am assuming that it is a 30 gallon tank and I would say nothing else would be good to go with him as he claims the tank as his
