Hello Cichlid Lovers!
I have been thinking about getting an angelfish or two for my 20 gal tall tank. I have been doing some research and I come up with a 10gal/adult requirement. I am wondering if this tank would be suitable for two angels and 4 small cories who currently reside in it. Would two angels be okay together in this tank? I'm not intending on a breeding pair, just two picked randomly from the store. Would a lone angel be overly aggressive?
I have also been getting different max sizes for angels ranging from 7.5cm to 15 cm, what is the more reasonable adult size?
Has anyone heard of Pterophyllum leopoldi? From what i've read, they have a max size of 4". If I could find those I would think the tank is large enough. Otherwise I'm looking at P. scalare, and I'm doubtful that the tank is adequate.
Thanks, in advance.
