Constipated?

Sorry for all my threads. I just have so many questions;-)

This is Raphael, one of my crowntails. I noticed he's been sporting a strange swelling near his gills that I haven't noticed before. None of the others seem to have it. I wasn't 100% sure if it was constipation, but I started fasting him anyway just last night, to be on the safe side. I can't give him any cooked pea, but I can search the pet store shelves for anything that might help him. Or I can just not feed him for a day or so.

My siamese fish has a similar bump. Any ideas what it may be

Okay guys my red ct had a lump like that as well and I was told by Cracker to put the fish in a gallon of water and not feed it for a day or two then feed a very small amount of mosiquito Larva.
His lump was a lot larger then that though. And while he still has it to a very small degree he is better
I also added so Ketta Peat (Almond Leaves ) in his water. and Aquarium Salt just a pinch lol good luck you to pm me if this doesnt help
