Im not fully stocked right now so not sure if this is the problem but I have one fish a albino which I think is a albino zebra and hes a pure horrible bully! he picks on some of the fish constantly to the point a few of them never want to come out anymore and if they do hes right back at them I was told when I got 2 of theese they were not that aggressive,Hes especially bad to my orange zebras and my powder blue. There is tons of rock in there and loads of hiding spaces but like I say they just wont come out anymore

Fish I have are
2 albino (think they are albino zebra)
2 orange blotch (male rules my tank)
2 yellow labs
3 orange zebras
1 powder blue
2 Melanochromis auratus
2 demansoni
1 black one dont know the name he looks like a yellow lab shape but black lol
2 synodontis

everyone in there is quite chilled and peaceful really its this one which is causing the trouble so im not sure what to do to be honest? tank is a rio 300 so I know I need to get a few more fish in to help with aggression but everytime I put new fish in he attacks them.

Sounds like you may have a rouge male on your hands. I'd suggest moving him to a holding tank, rearrange all the rocks, give everyone a couple of hours to establish new territories, then reintroduce him. If that doesn't work you may need to rehome him.

Hopefully rearranging things will fix the problem, but sometimes it doesn't, part of the "fun" of keeping mbuna. :good:
