Hi
I have three gold rams...one male, and two female...both females look like they're about to lay eggs...one more than the other...the thing is, the male hasn't shown interest in either of them up to this point...as the one gets nearer to laying it's eggs he is showing 'some' interest...my question is this: will she lay the eggs without his involvement- and they'll go unfertilized? Or will she just not lay the eggs...it's so weird...she's cleaning the rock and chasing everyone away...I just can't tell if he is 'into it'...it's not like it was when my blue rams layed eggs...the male and female were a definite pair...this guy seems to be a 'playa'...
Any ideas?
