Confused about mollies

Now I am confused, I have 3 black mollies, two have big bellies I thought they were females, and the 3rd one is smaller and no belly, I through it was the male. You just said the bigger one was males:rolleyes:

The easy way to tell makes from females with livebearers like mollies is to look at the anal fin - that's the one underneath the fish right in front of the tail. In a female, the fin is the typical fan shape; in a male it is rod shaped.
