How do they look stressed? Theyre okay in the tank, swimming around with each other, no signs of stress from what iv seen. Plus that picture is them in the bag, theyre bound to be stressed stuck in that for hours before actually getting into the tank lol, i know i would be.
I also took the betta out a few days ago and hes in my dads tank and doing well, now the rams arent scared any more and come out of hiding.
I dont have a quarantine tank, and never have, i have no room, but iv never had any casualties from adding straight to tank (after acclimitising for an hour or two). I also add fin rot and fungus control stuff everytime i add new fish, because it says to on the bottle. I had a 10 gallon before this tank and that was the biggest tank i could have in my room, then i changed my desk which allowed me to get this, so a quarantine tank is out of the question really, but i try to counter this by getting healthy fish. I always look for dead fish in the tank, if there is i wont buy any. I always look for the healthiest fish and most active and get them.
But my fish certainly do look fine and happy though in the tank, they rarely hide, and theres no conflict with tank mates now.
Oh also, i bought some Hikari floating pellet food for them, but they much prefer the catfish (shrimp?) pellets. Is that normal? They also dont touch the cucumber, which is what the Plec and cory cats eat. Iv checked a few sites and they said they pretty much eat everything, and to give them Bloodworms once in a while, so i may give them some of that today. How often should i feed BW's though? Once a week?
PS. Theres no blue on them, only a few sparkly few dots on ones tail, but you cant see that on the picture.
