Concerned About My Molly

hello! i'm new to the group and to fish-keeping. 1 of my mollys is troubling me. she is obviously pregnant, but not huge. she is keeping to herself, mostly at the bottom of the tank in the plants, has not eaten for 2 days & her breathing rapid. is she about to burst, or is she unhappy or ill? i just and tell. the other fish in the tank seem quite happy.

water stats are fine. i don't see any other symptoms ~ i've been doing a lot of reading, trying to figure out what she is experiencing and what to do about it. she does look 'fuller' today & her scales seem to be protruding a bit around her belly. we've had fry one other time and that fish delivered at night & showed no odd behavior before hand. just an unhappy mom??

I think she has dropsy. the syntoms are being bloated, and scales standing out resembling a pine cone. put her in a quarrentine tank and add one fungus clear tablet from jungle for every ten gallons. good luck

she is now hiding ~ i actually had to get a mirror to put behind the tank to find her! she is head up, tail down. does this still sound like dropsy? i did another water check and found the nitrite leve too high. did a 50% water change.
