Could be internal parasites. Is its poop white and stringy? And do you have a Quarantine Tank?

I you have the money, you need to buy a small betta bowl heater, and an air pump and bubble stone. Put this and some tank water in the bowl, add the fish, and begin to medicate the fish for internal parasites. Also, what are the perimeters of your tank? Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, etc. Are there any other affected fish? Some good medicine for you tetra is Clout or General Cure by API. Treat the fish as advised, but you have to do water changes everyday or add some Ammo Lock to control ammonia.

the quicker you treat the fish, the faster it will heal or else it will die

Ya Ik but my parents a little slow moving at things and the tend to take forever on things, so all I can do is keep an eye on it but my parents have been to open to my ideas and seen ive been really serious about my fish but I' will defiantly treat her this weekend now that I have an idea what's wrong
