Concentration Of Ammonia In This Solution?

I'm planning on getting this ammonium hydroxide solution, for it's the only one I've been able to find that is simply "pure" ammonia (and water)

This seems to be a high concentration, according to what my beau, and reviewers of the product, have said. What proportions would you recommend using, relative to the amount of water in my tank, during my fishless cycling process?

I don't think the concentration is that high; most are 9.5%. The calculator on this site allows you to change the concentration when wotking out dosages
