Computer Handycapped

I'm not completely computer illiterate but my children are not around to ask. How the H E double hockey sticks do I upload pictures of my Betta's from my computer on here? I finally got a digital camera and down loaded pics to my computer but I can't for the life of me figure out how to put them on here. Lil' hep!!

Ok, do this...

Click this link = http/imageshack.us/

when it opens up click the browse and select the pic u want to upload.

then click upload now.

it will then upload and undernathe the pic (when it showa, there will be links)

Click the forum code one, then in your post, right click and selct paste, or press CTTRL and V together and that will also paste the link...

it will then show up like this..

Tried Livebeares and uploaded my pictures but could not retreive. They uploaded without my registering which was not mentioned in instructions. I don't know why I can't just bring up my pics. and upload to the page. Where oh where is my 23 year old when I need her? I can figure some things out on my own but this is way over MY head.
Did you try Livebearer's tip?

What does Click the forum code one mean? I uploaded my pics. on that site but could not retreive them.

go to image shack agaon,

Step 1 click browse


Select your file u want to upload


step 3 click upload


step 4 cope the forum code (the bit thats highlighted in blue)


Step 5, paste the code in to your post, (right click and select paste)

Do I type in the codes for each picture then right click and paste?

If I'm understanding you correctly - The codes should automatically be there if you followed everything correctly.

no forum code only Direct link http:so on shortlink http/yfrog blahblah Web player and code Embed player <embed yatayatayata about a mile long it looks nothing like the one on your page. I hate being so inept at this. It makes sense to you but on this end it's not the same.

Select the direct link, and paste it in your post, highlight it, then click the little image box (second icon right of the smilie under sizes)
