Complatibility Question

I'm pretty sure about this one but i figured i'd ask just to be safe because i've made enough mistakes as is. In a couple of weeks, i'm planning on putting a couple of new fish in my 10G tank that currently has 2 dwarf gouramis and 4 zebra danios.

i had wanted to do tetras but i wouldn't want to do any less than like 5 or 6 so i don't have the space. my other option would be platies. probably 2 females.

1st question is whether i have space.
2nd is whether the platies would be a good match with the other fish.
3rd is whether 2 females is a good idea.

The Zebra Danios should ideally be in something a bit bigger, because they are very active fish. Also, what sexes are the Dwarfs?

Right now, I would say figure out something with the Danios if possible, and then Platies would work. They should get along okay with the Gouramis. And 2 females would be fine.
