Columnaris?

I think my new guppy has columnaris and if so how do i treat it fast?
 
please use the emergency form at the top of this section. The information will help us identify what is happening with greater accuracy.

If you're really sure that it's columnaris, then lower the temperature to 72F to slow the bacteria. You can treat with maracyn & maracyn2 together or something like kanamycin. This of course assumes excellent water quality and that you have properly diagnosed the infection.

I'm sorry, but I can't really tell much from the pictures. I believe that Columnaris will pile up as it spreads and will often look like some kind of fungus since it's kind of thick. I have not personally had it, so.... You should still post your water paramaters and try to get some more pictures if you can.
