Columnaris

I think one of my fish has columnaris, what must i do? its a moonlight gourami, other fish in the tank are neon tetra and danios!
Please help

Where is the white fluff on the fish.
How many gallons or litres it the tank, plus how many fish and which type.
Do you have water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
Try and get a good bacterial med not sure on the meds in africa sorry.
