Columnaris/fungus/who Knows

So my betta is fighting columnaris/fungus today i stocked up on my medications and I'm looking for advice on a combination or a single med to help kick this. I am currently using Maracyn and Maracyn 2 to no avail. Here is my med list

Rid Ick
Coppersafe
Melafix
Tetracycline
Fungus Eliminator
Bettazing (from Bettatalk.com)
Maracyn
Maracyn 2

any help would be great. He is still getting all this white cloudy stuff on the top of his water two days after a water change, and he occasionally gets the white string on him, but not all the time. After two days the water gets so crappy that the maracyn powder doesn't sink down into the water, it just ends up staying at the top and not dissolving, I've been treaing for two weeks now and i'm frustrated

Have you increased aeration in the tank.
What make is the tetracycline as some wipe the bacteria colony out in the filter, but the mardel tetracycline is not meant to.

No, i have no increased the Aeration, should I? I dont have my filter hooked up right now, he's in a 2.5 gallon

The tetracycline is from Bettatalk, i forget exact brand

Need aeration in the tank as meds reduce 02 in the water.
If he's issolated then, go in with the tetracycline.
