Colored Tetras

I just recently added a couple of pastel colored tetras to my tank. I happened to see these in a fish store in Houston and
have never seen tetras that looked quite like that. They were a sort of flourescent pink and green..

Really cool looking and I was told they make good community fish..so far so good...

Anybody have any of these?

I'm wondering if these colors occur naturally, are dyed in somehow or specially bred?

Sounds like dyes white skirt tetras. They are found around here but within 6 months most of the color will have faded. It's an inhumane dying process IMO.
 
I agree that they are most likely dyed. Not only will it fade but they will have very abbreviated life spans too. I won't buy any fish from a shop that sells dyed or tattooed fish.
