Color differences in fry

Ive noticed in one of my batches of fry that some fry are a little duller than the others... does this mean they are male? Also, there is a wide variation of size between all of them... at what age can swordtails get pregnant?

Usually if they are duller, they might be females. But it could also just be coloring.

I believe Swordtails can get pregnant once they reach maturity, which is between 4-6 months. Depending on what they are fed, temperature of the tank, etc.
