Color Changeing...weird

Why does my guppy keep changing colors? In the morning it is one colour and as the day goes on the colour changes.

I just bought 4 guppys too, And I noticed that on the 2 black ones, the black color fades in the evening. And in the morning its back to its original black color, I was also wondering if this was normal?

My boy guppy gets a tinge of irridesent green through him when he is chasing his girls around. I think its hormones with him though. He is a horny little thing.

My best friend has green eyes, but in the morning when she wakes up, her eyes are bright blue. Its weird what can happen!

oh my gosh! mine do this too! i thought i was the only one. my lyre tail would do this all the time (RIP) and i believe it was to attract different females in the tank. he would be a light pink one minute and a dark blue the next. it's totally crazy but i LOVE it! now some of my babies have inherited this gene i think because they can turn a darker color also.

Some male guppies do have the ability to change color by mood, water temp, and other factors. It is no nessisarily stress related. Iv had a few myself, they are pretty cool.
