What do you like ? How do you do it ?

As a good Quebecer I Love The French Press And anything that is Dark roasted. Colombian or Arabican.

I also buy cheap mellow yellow no names beans and put them back in the oven to roast them as I Like.

Topped with a little Coarse brown sugar and a drip of table cream.

How do you like yours ?

Sounds nice but sorry to burst your coffee bubble. I don't drink tea or coffee 😂 Aqua is enough for me

3 Cream 5 sugar. I hate bitter coffee.

I like ones you grind yourself (Blue Mountain Gold is delicious), but I've found an iced instant coffee from Poland I found I really liked, of all things lol

That said, I'm more of an energy drink person for my daily caffeine needs, but I do enjoy a cup of coffee every now and again.

Dunkin’ whole bean coffee for me… grind myself just before brewing in a melitta 4 cup coffee maker. 1/2 teaspoon sugar and a splash of half and half. Mm mm mm good!

Coffee is a good part of the meaning of life. I like a dark roasted arabica. I see coffee in terms of music, and I want a lot of bass and midrange. I'm not into treble. So no light roasts for me. Central American is the best for tastes. I don't like their fishes, but they produce rich tasting coffee. The best coffee I've ever had was dark roasted Cuban.

Bitter people are tiresome, but bitter tastes are fine.

African coffees, and Indonesian aren't to my tastes, though they do have their points.

I'm not a foodie and I don't hit many restaurants. My luxuries are whiskey (which I rarely drink) and coffee, which I guzzle. As you get older, you tend to drop a lot of things that mattered once, but I hope that when I finally keel over, it'll be face first into a nearly finished cup of really good coffee.

No sugar.

Oh, Italian espresso and cappuccino makers, little bit of milk foam on top and sprinkled on some cinnamon... it's the only way I'll drink coffee without sweetness.

I don’t like anything roasted/ toasted dark… I’ve not tried blond coffee, but like my toast lightly toasted, same with my marshmallows, or any foods… I like amber beer, but not real dark beer… also I’m pretty immune to the caffeine, and the warm in my stomach, does more to make me sleepy, than the caffeine does to keep me awake…
So, I also drink cold, sugar free energy drinks… my eye opener has 300 mg of caffeine, with no sugar..

I would have never guessed you were a "Quebecer"???

My day was the American lawyer for the Colombian Federation of Coffee growers. In Colombia coffee and emeralds are managed by the government. This is done to keep it "fair and honest."

Growing up, a box with 4 pounds of complimentary coffee arrived at our home every month. As a young boy of just 10, I wanted to be like the adults and have coffee. My parents would make ne a special cup which was mostly warmmilk and a bit of coffee. As I got older the coffee became more and the milk became less. I now drink it with a teaspoon of sugar, the equivalent of that in Sweet & Low and half & half.

I have been drinking Colombian coffee for over 65 years now. I currently order it online from a place in GA called Volcanica Coffee Company. They sell coffee from all over the world including the insanely expensive "cat poop coffee."
Kopi luwak, also known as civet coffee, is a coffee that consists of partially digested coffee cherries, which have been eaten and defecated by the Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus). The cherries are fermented as they pass through a civet's intestines, and after being defecated with other fecal matter, they are collected.[1] Asian palm civets are increasingly caught in the wild and traded for this purpose.[2]
A 16 oz/ bag costs for a "One-time purchase $399.99."

I remember when we had them.,.. All gone. Atm the best thing you can get here is a "Brulerie Montreal" point of sales. And you get really awesome stuff.

I Like Brandy on occasions, It's also a very good companion to coffee 🤢

Use a vacuum drip pot. Right 8 Clock coffee. Drink it black and like warm.

Like the ancient alchemist pot ? 😍

I have an old Krups Steam powered that made it trough my college years, They produce the finest brew ever...

I might have to dig it up sometimes :)

That's crack caffeine, Lolll.

I'm not really fitting in the landscape, but I'm able to blend enough to not draw too much attention.

I know... Most Quebecers are not really good in English to be honest. They are completely English or 100% french...

When we where young, Both the ²Heads and the Frogs where trowing rocks at us, because we spoke both tongues... So everybody hated us equally both sides.

I'm in no way a coffee expert but just like what I like. What I don't like is Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts coffee. To me they are just bitter beyond any chance of me using. As to a place that does coffee I find McDonald's to be surprisingly god.

To be honest I even gave away my coffee maker as I just don't drink enough coffee to make a batch. I just use Folgers Classic Roast instant coffee. LOL! You will all now probably shun me but, if I want to relax with a hot drink it is likely to be a herbal tea with some honey. I WILL say that I DO like iced coffee now and then but, again, it is just freeze dried instant.

I will drink coffee both hot or cold, but the Polish iced coffee there, it's served over ice with milk as per the instructions. Put the instant coffee in the milk, stir well and add the ice. I was skeptical because I'm not a huge fan of instant coffee, but I was very surprised that it actually was good.
