coconut caves

can anyone provide a link or tell me how to make them coconut caves? are they ok to use in a tropical community set up?

Yes they are safe, I have had a whole coconut cut in half and made two caves out of it. No problems, I just made sure to take off the hair on the outside and boil them for 5 minutes and then when cooled put them in tank.
