i set up my co2 unit today and was rreading the guidelines y'day on here. This morning i made it, and instead of putting 1/2 teaspoon i put 1/2 table spoon of yeast in .

Then i went out for abot 4 hours and came into a seriously cloudy tank (obvisiouly too much co2), also i have done 3 30% water changes since, and to absouloutely no change. Can anyone tell me how to clear the tank up?

any ideas on this thanks in advance,
luke

It's not too much co2 its the mix in the water, do about 6 back to back 80% water changes

The mixture you used, yeast and sugar... has overflowed gone down the pipe and into your water/tank.

This is a problem change as much water as much as possible until clear.

ooo ok cheers, its srarting to clear up now. thanks for your help.

did that happen because of me adding to much yeast?

Yes, even if its clearing on its own you NEED to change the water, you'll find it will add to your problems if you don't.

So that means you need to start waterchanging alot.. because the mixture will eventually mix in your tank
