Co2 Tube Keeps Coming Off

having got my co2 back up and running again i changed the co2 tubing as the old tube was leaking a little, so i put it on to my glass and ceramic diffuser, i get bubbles out like im supposed to, all is good. but then the tube keeps popping off from the stem from the diffuser. why is this happening? i have never had it happen with my set up before.
i even took the diffuser out, dried it witha towel and used new co2 tubing again just so i could get good grip and push it on as much as ossible but it still pops off after a few hours.

please help me so i can enjoy my plants!!

heat the tubing up in some boiling water, take it out of the water and push it as far down as it can go, leave it to cool slightly, and it should be fixed.

ok thanks, will give that a try. i just dont understand why when i had co2 set up first time round it never came off and its the same diffuser. baffled me!

you stretched it first time, and if you have taken it off, now, it would be not as tight a fit.

cheers, its on nice and tight fit as far down as i can get it, will get the cannister up and running again and see what happens! many thanks for your help!
