CO2 systems are dead easy to make yourself. You can make a quick and dirty setup to inject CO2 in about half an hour, or a few hours if you want to silicone glue it together. Simplest way really is to drill the lid of a large soft drink bottle, put the airline through it, seal it with aquarium-safe silicone, wait a few hours or overnight for it to cure, chuck some sugar and yeast in the bottle, and then you have a CO2 system for a few quid, and it'll last you for weeks before you have to change the bottle-gunge. Better yet, make two of these, and rotate the mixtures one at a time so you have a constant CO2 stream. The other benefit of doing it this way is that you get to drink the contents
You can also apparently do it with a ketchup bottle, there's one size that standard small airline fits perfectly through the nozzle of, but I can't remember which size bottle off the top of my head.
