erm, why wouldn't they?
The tables simply express this relationship (with added colours to show 'good' etc ranges): CO2(ppm) = 3 x dKH x 10 ^ (7.0 - pH).

Now MEASURING pH and espcially KH is the difficult part.

Don't see why not, though I have never come across it.

Similar products include SeaChem Flourish Excel. Direct injection of CO2 is considered better though (I forget why).
