Hi I got a new co2 regulator today. It seems to have a fixed output of 40 psi but does have a needle valve. But when I turn the needle valve, I can feel co2 leaking, not excessively. Do needle valves normally leak slighty or not?

no, valves don't leak. What are you using in the way of equipment? I have read on some people using JBL regulators and FE and getting the same thing as the threads are smaller on the FE for the JBL reg. It doesn't always happen, but i have read about it.

I have a splitter attached to the reg and it wasn't tightened properly, and thats what was leaking. Aren't I clever.
