If it's a JBL one you apparently have to find a JBL stockist as they use a special thread on their cyclinders.
If it's a standard co2 type welding type, then checkout your yellow pages for fire extinguisher service centres. I found one local to me that will fill my 2kg cylinder for £10 while you wait (takes about 5mins!!)
