Co2 Overflow Into My Tank!

the co2 overflowed into my tank, it is a little cloudy but not too bad. i turned the filters off and am hoping it will settle at the top of the water. i already siphoned it out alittle. will it hurt my fish!? will it get them drunk!? what do i do!??!

I would do some massive water changes (75-90%) or just remove the fish all together and completely remove all the water and wipe the tank down with a clean clothand then reacclimate the fish to the new water.
