I have co2 injection thru a power head in my tanks. The fish swim in the current; could this high level of micro bubbles of co2 be harmful to the fish?

hmmm

Any comments? I am assuming it must be fine because many aquarusts use this method also....but do their fish live full lifespan?

There was a thread on this a while back, basically if there was a problem we would know about it, many many people have been adding CO2 for years now and if things like this happened someone would have noticed. And this goes for the ceramic diffusers too which produce ultra fine bubbles, no problems with these either :)
