I think the planted section is better for this topic...

This all depends on how much C02 is needed in the tank, how heavily planted is the tank? My tank is heavily planted and i'm using the 602, the 500g lasts me about a month. I now use a 2kg FE.

2. I live in norfolk where can i get refilled?
your local Maidenhead will refill it if not then any decent lfs will.

3. can i use c02 from a fire extingsher?
yes, it will fit the JBL stuff

4. which system would u recomend?
The 602, you don't need all that digital rubbish that comes with the 603.

I`ve just changed my setup from planted to non-planted and was using the JBL m602 setup. It`s pretty simple to use and I had really good results with it.
Usage was from 3pm until 7pm daily and 1 cylinder would last me a month. Cylinders can be refilled at local Maidenhead Aquatics for approx £12. I think a FE can be used but I`m not sure if the regulator has to be changed or not but I`m sure someone will be able to advise

Depending on how much you want to spend, my JBL system is currently for sale including 2 500g cylinders ;)

been watching your set on ebay could you find out how much it would be to post as im willing to pay postage if not to much?

I`ve just phoned APC and TNT to find out cost of sending, as the cylinders are pressurised they apparently fall under the 'Dangerous Goods Regulations', they won`t transport them unless I have a business that has all the required documentation. Doesn`t look like I`ll be able to send it to you, sorry :/
