Hi, had my JBL Proflora 2 co2 system for a while and have noticed that the pressure gauge which should be at 60 bar is now at 0 but the operating pressure is 1.5 bar and still pumping out gas. Has it packed in? If yes where can I get a replacement?

Thanks

I would suggest that you search JBL out on the net and ask them what should be done. Another alternative would be to take the guage system to a welding supply store and ask them to test the guage for you. They will likely do this without charge and then supply a new guage if the old one is faulty.

Thanks for your help. I got it refilled over the weekend and for some reason the pressure gauge wasn't detecting the co2. 10 mins. ago I thought 'screw this' and decided to see what was the problem. I turned the night shutoff off and built the operating pressure up to 1.5 bar and walaa the pressure gauge is now detecting the co2 at 60 bar. It is now up and running smoothly again ;)

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH:
That triggered a brain contortion whereby I recalled having read somewhere that upon the volume of CO2 in the tank declining to a low level, the guage tank volume guage ceases to register accurately. The solution is to have the tank refilled, as you have done. Sorry I didn't remember earlier. I will not likely forget again.
