hi all, was wondering how long a CO2 cannister should last? I have a small JBL (think it's 500g the small one) and it only lasted 5 Weeks. It was going at 2-4 bubbles a second. Is that right?

With your bubble rate you did very well to make it last that long. 500g CO2 bottles don't last long.

So if i use 2 bubbles per second, it should last longer? So best if I get a bigger canister? I will speak to the FS where I get the canisters.

Do tou think that I should rather get a bigger canister? like 1KG?

2k, 5k, or if you can fit one in, a pub bottle.

LOL pub bottle, OK where would I be able to get one and where would I get it filled if I may ask.

I use a 6.35kg pub bottle which I got from my local pub/soft drink distributer. Look in the yellow pages for your nearest one. Costs me £15+vat for a refill and I can normally get there and back in less than 15 minutes.

Well I'm sure there is something in North London, I have to go to Great Portland Street to Design Aquatics and get a trade for my JBL 500g bottle.
