Co2 Fizzler, Not Working?

ive had it set for a full day and i have not yet seen 1 bubble come from it, wat could i have done wrong?

How big is your tank, and how much sugar, yeast and water did you add? did you add baking soda?
Are you sure there's no air leaks?
And lastly, is the yeast still in date (dunno if it'll make a difference, but still)...

Bubbles should start coming within a few hours.
