Co2 Diffuser

hey guys

has anyone used this thing? or somthing like it?

im wanting to plant my 30 usgal and its about time i use co2

i have some co2 bottles ive used for paintball, but im not entirely sure they actually use pure co2 or just air
if not i guess ill need to get or make a reactor =/



but back to the point
anyone know anything about that contraption?

I use a somewhat similar design myself at the moment. I reckon it'll work fine.
