Co2 Diffuser

Hi All, I have just fitted a glass diffuser to my 180ltr tank set at 3bps, and the water now appears cloudy ie not as clear as it should be, is this the co2 being diffused into the water, hope someone can advise.

no, CO2 does not affect water quality (except pH), or clearness
