i got a co2 cylinder 1 kilow,

and i have a 55 gallon tank.

so am wondering, how long will be enought?

Nobody really understands what you're asking.

How long what?

If you're asking how long you need to run the CO2 the answer is most likely 24 hours a day, some will say switch it off overnight.
