co2 and paintball cylinders

ive heard that you can inject co2 into your tank using a paintball co2 tank!?!? (I LOVE paintball and play almost 3 times a week) I was wondering how you could do this and what youd need to buy

Well I assume that you'd need the same as any C02 kit which would be a regulator, defuser and a check valve.

I'd have thought though that it would be much cheaper to just buy a "normal" cylinder of C02, aren't paintball ones supposed to be light weight? They probably have a non standard valve size as well.

Id be worried that there also might be oil added to the co2 for the gun....

i asked my friend and the tanks are cheap but they are small.... and my friend told me that it would be cheaper to get the bigger heavier normal tanks (similar to the ones they use for welding or fire hydrants, scuba etc) since it is bigger and could store more c02 ....

anyways im still researching on the parts if ever im going to go pressurized
