Co2 Advantages Help

What are the advantages of a Co2 system, what does it do, how does it help and which sort? I'm new to co2 business and any rough help would be appreciated. thanks

Plant photosynthesize by using light, nutrients & CO2. They use the Carbon © to produce glucose, which is then turned into starch for energy. If enough CO2 is taken in, the plants will give off the extra Oxygen (O2) (also known as pearling).

This process is called photosynthesis, it helps give the plants energy to grow.
