Yesterday i put a pinktip buble anonme in my tank and my clowns haven't gone near it is this right?

WHy not? Clowns dont necesarily have to use the anemone you provided. Often times they'll host in a soft coral or a tentacled LPS and I've even seem some hosting in feather dusters. In fact sometimes they wont host in anything their entire lives. They can be finnicky at times :)

If they are tank bred clowns they probably have never seen an anenome in their lives so the chance of them hosting in one is remote. Even if they do know what to do with an anenome there is no guarentee as has been mentioned. I have had clowns take months to even show an interest.. some have jumped right in and others have never shown interst their entire lives.

They may also not be interested if they sense the anenome is under stress or sick. Is the tank ready for an anenome and is the lights strong enough?

Certain clowns will only host in certain Nems & as Nav says they simply dont know what it is or what it is for

How old is your system ??

no longer any need to worry about the clown hosting the pink tip at him

It ate him?
Sadly this can happen when the wrong anenome is placed with the wrong species of clown. :/

Also, clowns can be eaten if they are unwell. They cannot produce the slime that keeps them invisible to the anenome and it simply does whats its designed to do... eat things.
