Clowns and Cons

Would it be ok to keep some clowns with a few cons in a 33 gallon?

33 gallons is too small for clowns. Even if you are going to upgrade later, I think it would be unwise because the cons would be exceedingly territorial in a space that small.

What about some kuhlies or some small loach like that? I just love those little loaches.
