Clownfish With Growth On Body

Hello,

I've been trying to find something on the net about this growth that is growing on my common clownfish without any luck. The fish still seems to be swimming normally and eating normally the only thing that seems wrong is this growth. It's been getting a little bigger day by day to the point now where it even seems to be interfering with his fin movement on that side of the body. He also seems very bloated in his mid-section. He has had it for about three weeks now.

I'm going to post an image here because it may be the only way to properly describe it.

Can't tell much by the pic to be honest, can you describe the growth.
With the bloating it sounds bacterial.
