that's a red coris wrasse actually. if i recall correctly a clown wrasse is actually white bodied with two orange spots on top. they are pretty aggressive wrasses that grow quite big. they also change colours when they become adults. they need big tanks like 120+ gal. like some other wrasses, they burrow in the sand when they sleep. not reef-safe though.
