I just noticed what looks like a white spot behind my pleco's right eye. Upon closer inspection, it looks like salt granules. I recently treated the tank for an outbreak of ICH. The pleco was not affected during that outbreak. Could this be a delayed infection. No other fish have white spots on them now and the last outbreak was cured several weeks ago. :/

what do you mean by 'behind his eye?

The path appears on the area directly behind the eye on the pleco's body, not on or in the eye.

When you treated for Ich did you continue adding the treatment for 5 days after last seeing a white spot on any fish?

Well, saying that it has white spot, that looks like salt granules, sounds VERY much like Ich, especially since you've just had an outbreak of it.

Is it possible that he was affected during that outbreak, perhaps toward the end of it, and you didn't notice any white spot on him? Plecs are quite good at hiding, maybe you just didn't see, finished the treatment thinking you were clear and now it's flared up?
