clown loaches

I have four clowns and many other botias in the same tank
also there are danios, devarios, an angelfish, and cories.

the only concern is small fish tha may beeaten by large clowns, but that is the same for any mix of smal/large fish.

Clown loaches have a pretty wide selection of compatable fish that can be kept with them. So give us some examples of some fish you would like to keep with them and we can help you out.

Clown Loaches get along with most fish. Usually the only problem with them is keeping them in a tank large enough for them to grow.

Yea i would suggest a 75 gallon or larger considering they need to be kept in schools.
You can keep them in a 55 gallon for a year or so with no problem though, if they are under 6 inches.

Not really you can keep them longer, they really only get to 8 inches in the aquarium. Rarly do they reach 12 inches. They only grow an inch a year and live to be 20 years+

They will generally get to 12 inches if you have them in a pond, which *cough* I'm planning on doing

I wish my pond didn't get frozen solid in the winter. At least I might manage to grow some monster goldfish in there.

Yeah, I'll probably go with a indoor pond.
